The location of the accommodation is very good. The most important sights can be reached within a few minutes. The breakfast was also very good and plentiful. There was sausage, cheese, eggs, jam, honey, nutellla, yoghurt, fruit, muesli, whatever you wanted.

fairly clean and fancy place and the breakfast was particularly nice. we were offered a large room with great bathroom, everything was good. location: the hotel was not far from the restaurant and people are always walking past the window, and st marks square. local fast food option osteria alla ciurma was 10 minutes walk away.

The guest room had all the basic facilities needed, including a great bathroom, and the staff was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. Rewritten: the room had everything you'd need, including a nice bathroom, and the staff here were so friendly and went above and beyond with their service.

I liked the name. Also the design of the room meant that my boyfriend had to watch me on the toilet and in the shower. If you like transparent walls, then this is your hotel!
Staying only one night, we were given the tiny room on the first floor right outside the reception. The concierge who handled our checkin seemed a little on the slow side. He also needed our passports for some times which worried me. Their credit card machine was also not working and we were asked to settle in cash.

Location was perfect, five minute walk from the Rialto Bridge. Room was very nice, modern, comfortable and large. The included continental breakfast and breakfast room was fablulous, waitresses and staff were wonderful. We were also able to leave our suitcases in a back room after checkout and enjoy another full day in Venice before leaving for Florence late that afternoon.
The two days we were there, they did not have hot water, so we took cold showers. It was being repaired, however, not in time for our stay. I think we should have been financially compensated for this as it was a huge discomfort, in fact, I did not even shower the second morning, too uncomfortable, but it was not offered and we are not complainers.
